Returns

Each of our candles is hand-poured in small batches with the utmost care to ensure exceptional quality. Due to the nature of soy wax, slight variations in color, scent, and appearance are natural and part of their charm. As such, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, so please make your selections thoughtfully before purchasing.


Damaged Items

While we take great care in packaging, the delicate nature of our candles means occasional damage may occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at MeltGlowCandles@gmail.com, and we’ll happily arrange a refund or replacement at no additional shipping cost.


Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, we’re here to help. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the item. We’ll offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Incorrect items must be returned in their original condition to our studio to process a refund or replacement. No extra shipping charges will apply.


Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.
